SERDANG, JULY 9 – An iCRiS (Industry and Community Relations Intelligent System) Clinic organized by the Development Office, Industry and Community Relations, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) and led by the Deputy Dean (Development, Industry and Community Relations), Prof. Madya Dr. Razali Yaakob, in collaboration with the Center of Industry Relations and Networks (CiRNeT) and the University Community Transformation Center (UCTC) has been successfully held online using the Cisco Webex video conferencing platform.

The clinic aims to provide advisory services in determining the suitability of projects that meet the Key Performance Index (KPI) for industry and community networking through reports in the iCRiS system. At the clinic, the project leader can see the correct process and method to use when doing the report. The morning session included a briefing from CiRNeT by Prof. Dr. Cheah Yoke Kqueen and in the afternoon there was a briefing from UCTC by Tn. Hj. Haris Dahlan with a total attendance of 46 people including academic officers and the secretariat.
