The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM) had the honour of receiving a delegation from the Universiti Teknologi MARA (UiTM) Faculty of Computer Science and Mathematics during an official visit held today.

The delegation was warmly welcomed by YBhg. Dato’ Professor Dr. Shamala K. Subramaniam together with the faculty’s management team. Led by the Dean, Associate Professor Ts. Dr. Norjansalika Janom, the visit aimed to facilitate knowledge sharing and academic discussions in the fields of Quantum Computing and High Performance Computing.

The session also featured distinguished invited panelists, namely Datuk Professor Dr. Muhammad Rezal bin Kamel Ariffin, Professor Ts. Dr. Zuriati binti Ahmad Zukarnain, Associate Professor Dr. Nurisya binti Mohd Shah, and Associate Professor Dr. Nor Asilah Wati binti Abdul Hamid.

In addition, members of the Wireless, Mobile and Quantum Computing (WiMoQ) research group, led by YM Raja Azlina Raja Mahmood, were present during the session.

The visit is expected to further strengthen academic collaboration and research partnerships between both institutions.
