SERDANG, 6 August 2021 - Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) was held to strengthen the cultural values of quality in an organization. In addition, recognition is given and the commitment and dedication of employees is renewed to the efforts undertaken towards quality improvement. It also creates employee awareness that a change i.e. success in quality improvement and innovation efforts has taken place in the organization and recognition is given for that change.
Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) 2021 Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM). This year’s theme is ‘Evolutionary Innovation Aspirations’. The main purpose of this ceremony was to appreciate the services and recognize the contributions and energy that have been poured by FSKTM staff. Each award recipient was judged by a jury of caliber by outlining various aspects based on the data information that had been collected and analyzed. Among the important elements outlined are the work, knowledge, skills and personality qualities of each. In addition, the evaluation also emphasizes practice in terms of quantity, quality of work, have high skills, in addition to having a noble character, dedication and commitment in the task, then it is certainly selected to receive the awards listed.
The organization of HKIP 2021 FSKTM this time had to be implemented online as the COVID-19 pandemic did not allow face-to-face meetings. However, the ceremony continued to run lively and smoothly with various interesting contents presented to FSKTM staff. Congratulations to all award recipients and HKIP FSKTM Committee Members.
