The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), is strategically located beside the lake near the University's Main Entrance. As a leading faculty in computing and information technology, FSKTM provides a dynamic environment for learning, research, and innovation through its four academic departments: the Department of Computer Science, the Department of Multimedia, the Department of Software Engineering and Information Systems, and the Department of Communication Technology and Network.

FSKTM was the first faculty in UPM to introduce the Green IT initiative, reflecting its commitment to sustainable and environmentally responsible technological development. Guided by excellence in education, research, and industry engagement, the faculty continues to nurture highly competent graduates, drive impactful research, and contribute to the advancement of digital technologies at both national and international levels.
