Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FCSIT) at Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM) held a pivotal meeting in collaboration with FINEXUS to discuss the creation of the first Fintech Hub for Higher Education at the faculty. This meeting, led by the Dean of FCSIT, Dato' Prof. Dr. Shamala K. Subramaniam, and the Deputy Dean, Dr. Hazura Zulzalil, was a significant step towards advancing the intersection of finance and technology. The discussions underscored the importance of establishing a dedicated hub to foster innovation and research in the Fintech sector, which is rapidly evolving and becoming a cornerstone of modern financial practices.

Mr. Sivavenayakam Velayutham, Director of Partnership and Key Projects at FINEXUS, was also present at the meeting, contributing valuable insights and expertise.
