Serdang, November 4, 2024 – The Huawei Day Intelligent World 2030 program was successfully organized by the Department of Communication Technology and Networks, Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM), Universiti Putra Malaysia (UPM), in collaboration with the Faculty Student Council of Computer Science and Information Technology (ComCil) and the Networking Club, FSKTM. Supported by Huawei (Malaysia) Sdn Bhd as an industry partner, this program aimed to introduce the latest perspectives and insights into communication and networking technology, to meet both current and future industry demands.

More than 200 students from various departments at FSKTM participated in the event, which featured three guest speaker sessions by Mr. Choh Yau Meng, Ms. Putri Nadia Izfahani Binti Megat Aziz, and Ms. Delea Tan Siu Phing. They shared in-depth views on topics related to job market prospects, energy innovation, and the role of the Huawei ICT Academy Malaysia in developing local tech talent.

As one of Huawei’s ICT Academies, FSKTM, UPM has offered various practical courses in Cloud Computing, Artificial Intelligence, and Networking. Since 2017, this program has helped numerous UPM students earn professional certifications and achieve success in prestigious national and international competitions.

The Huawei Day Intelligent World 2030 program is expected to provide great benefits to all participants and serve as an inspiration to continue exploring advancements in future technology.
