Hilti ITC 2023 which was a three months held from Feb to May long hackathon focused on revolutionizing the construction industry using IR 4.0. With the existing problem statements in the construction industry, our team was determined to make a difference. We ideated, prototyped, and executed a combination of IOT solution using ESP32 and sensors for temperature, vibration and current and prediction dashboard to predict whether the construction tools need maintenance and and to monitor the condition of construction tools by displaying data and graphs in an organized manner. The judges were amazed by the value, scalability, and potential to help Hilti to solve problems. With the help of our mentors and lecturers namely Selcuk Kayaci, Irene Tiong, Thinagaran Perumal, Mohd Hafeez Osman and Bhisma N. who guided us and advice us from ideation phase till the finals , we were able to clinch third place out of 187 participants in the competition!
