SERDANG, Ogos 2021 – The Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology (FSKTM) has taken the initiative to organize a motivational webinar by inviting a well-known speaker, YBhg. Prof. Emeritus Dato’ Sheikh Omar Abdul Rahman entitled  'Mindset Change for Self and Organizational Transformation’ as one of the contents in celebrating the Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP) which was held for the first time via video conference (online).  

Motivation, activation and inspirational speeches are often expressed as an injection of quality in treading step by step success after success. The success achieved certainly involves a positive thinking pattern, attitude change and a strong commitment in an organization.

Service Quality and Innovation Day (HKIP 2021) Faculty of Computer Science and Information Technology is intended to build a positive attitude among employees towards the services provided. Dato ’Sheikh emphasizes work culture by applying today is better than yesterday and tomorrow is better than today. This culture is able to contribute to excellence and improve the image of the organization to society. The presence of 91 members and also present to attend this talk was YBhg. Prof. Datin Paduka Dato Dr. Aini Ideris.
